Reporting to the Global Head of Project Delivery, we are looking for a strong leader experienced in implementation of enterprise software applications to deliver Digital Twin solutions on commercial building projects. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects, including governing the day-to-day project activities within projects to ensure effective and successful project outcomes. Experience with implementation of cloud based, Software-as-a-Service solutions for large private clients or government clients on commercial building projects is highly desired.

Role and responsibilities

  • Assume project control via effective Sales Handover – Technical Design/Scope, Delivery Schedule, Risk Evaluation and Commercial /Contract Requirements
  • Manage Project Team and Delivery of Projects within agreed timeframes, within allocated budget
  • Actively engage with the project stakeholders and develop strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders, client representatives, subcontractors and other third parties
  • Provide strong financial, commercial and contract management of the project, including accurate progress claims, completion forecasting and reporting of project costs and revenue and margin.
  • Develop and maintain Resource plan and Project Implementation Plan
  • Continuous Risk Management
  • Contract administration/Dispute resolution and/or escalation.
  • Act as the liaison between Willow’s engineering and software development teams for software implementation
  • Actively seek feedback from Clients and Project teams for project delivery versus agreed scope and service expectation.
  • Use your insights and experience to provide feedback and ideas to our product teams for further increasing the customer value of our platform.
  • Provide regular project reporting in accordance with Willow’s internal and client’s requirements.
  • Complete post completion project handover to Engineering/Development team
  • Skills Required

  • Proven industry experience of 5+ years in enterprise software implementations in the real estate sector with either large Government or private organisations.
  • Customer understanding: in the commercial building segment, able to demonstrate knowledge of customer vocabulary, pain-points, expectations and deliverables.
  • Prior experience and knowledge gained with Systems Integration architecture delivery methodology either when delivering BMCS/Integration Platforms incorporating integration tools such as Tridium Niagara Suite and Haystack or Brick Schema.
  • Experience with Energy Performance, HVAC and Analytic Rules: Rule definition, maintenance, outcomes, etc.
  • Strong interest and knowledge of emerging industry technologies.
  • Experience in resource planning and managing budgets and schedules to meet project deliverables.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and risk management skills.
  • An Engineering Degree aligned with building industry – Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics with extended project experience in Converged Networks & Software Systems and Platforms is an advantage
