To support our growth, Swyftx is searching for a Level 2 Support Engineer who is passionate about providing exceptional customer support for technical issues to our internal employees.

About the opportunity:
As a Level 2 Support Engineer at Swyftx, you will deliver a comprehensive and collaborative IT support service to all team members across all business operations. You will focus on help desk resolution, advance networking, and complex troubleshooting for a range of technologies, whilst adopting a personal, reliable, and professional approach to ensure end user satisfaction.

What you'll do:

  • Provide level 2 (occasionally level 1) support to end users on Apple and Windows environments.
  • Setup and maintain workstations and network hardware across multiple locations.
  • Liaise with team members regarding requests to source further information when needed, aiming to achieve first point of contact resolution wherever possible
  • Manage office networks, including configuration, deployment, and management of hardware
  • Support Microsoft 365 Business Suite (Azure, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune etc.)
  • Improve and create PowerShell scripts to improve company security and efficiency.
  • Help create systems and processes to make IT support for users more seamless.
  • Work with a ticketing system to track and manage projects and user support requests.

About you:

  • Strong work experience with IT systems, ideally within a Level 1 / 2 Support Engineer role or similar
  • Experience in a similar fast-paced service-oriented environment
  • Highly skilled at troubleshooting technical IT issues across a range of technologies
  • An understanding of business processes and technology systems, including cloud-based software
  • Any completed certifications or training in CompTIA, Microsoft or other network and security related areas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Great attention to detail and time management skills.
