We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Sales Executive and deal ‘closer’ to to drive our Enterprise sales, and entrench Longtail UX’s market position as a unique must-have SaaS Martech brand. We are a Sydney-based VC-backed Startup with a global footprint and ambitious growth plans. This role is key to helping us to achieve our goals.

Our international business is also growing quickly, with established clients across the US, Europe, Japan and Latin America including international brands like Kewpie, Bravissimo and Adevinta Group..

Requirements

Reporting directly to our Co-CEO and working with a small, ambitious and fast-growing Sales and Marketing team, you will:

  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate the commercial value of LUX products, creating excitement and enthusiasm among new enterprise-level prospects in order to convert sales and drive new revenue for the business
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, open new doors, nurture, opportunities and manage and execute on the big deals yourself
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process through to contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Be naturally collaborative and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing feedback to ensure messaging and sales collateral is relevant and engaging

You’re perfect for this role if you have/are:

  • 5+ years of digital/SaaS sales experience and a demonstrated direct C-suite network to be able to activate ‘direct’ Enterprise Sales from the start
  • Strong commercial acumen and a natural ability to craft and close direct client deals
  • Proven experience building strategic relationships and successfully selling Enterprise-level MarTech/GrowthTech solutions to C-Suite and Senior level decision makers in retail, e-commerce, marketplaces and other key target markets
  • Experience selling innovative solutions and introducing new technical concepts
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing and changing environment
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience hitting, and ideally exceeding, revenue targets
  • Current/full Aussie working rights

Beneficial:

  • Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Experience using Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
