The role
The primary responsibilities of the Talent Consultant Partner are to build strong relationships with our leaders and to develop hiring and retention strategies as we are going through our transformative stage of growth.

You will consult with our key business stakeholders across technology and product divisions to identify essential gaps within our organisational structure. Helping us to understand potential blockers and advise how we can reach our scaling demands.
Formulate and help support develop our OKR
There are opportunities to influence and implement impactful changes in our processes, systems, and structure. Being a key point of contact for delivery and implementation of our people strategy.

You’ll educate and train our staff at all levels, on how to efficiently use internal talent management systems, and host interviewing training sessions to help our teams accurately convey Brighte’s message and values to the wider market.
Liaising with key stakeholders for progress and tracking report on future workforce planning, pipelining for upcoming hires.
Sourcing and interviewing candidates, and maintain a high bar of quality within our technology division.
Who you will work with 
You will work collaboratively with Chief People Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Head of Engineering, Head of IT Ops, Head of Product & Head of Talent Acquisition, as well as their respective teams.

You bring a strong track record of practical problem-solving skills with your passion for process improvement as a craft and ability to thrive in a fast paced, growing environment. 
A conceptual, critical and analytical thinker. 
You are hungry to learn new skills, share the knowledge with your team.
You can communicate complex ideas coherently to our tech and product divisions.
You are pro-active, have a strong sense of ownership, and are able to work autonomously.
