We are seeking a professional, self-organised and driven Junior Sales Representative to join our team in Byron Bay. Split Payments is an award-winning Fintech that thrives for innovation, development and an outstanding work culture. Join a passionate team and help grow our business through effective relationship management and new business development. You will work closely with the Sales and Integration & Onboarding team and report directly to the Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and identify new business opportunities & partnerships with SME clients in key industry verticals

● Generating leads and opportunities through different channels

● Establish, manage and maintain new & existing accounts through effective solution selling

● Work closely with all business stakeholders to ensure outstanding service, product delivery and continuous learning of Split’s services 

Essential Skills

● Min 3 years of experience in a dynamic sales role

● A strong interest in the Australian Payments Market and innovative technology space

● Proven experience working towards goals and objectives

● Strong reporting skills and an analytical mindset

Desirable Skills

● Competency with technology and web tools

● Self-motivated, positive, proactive, professional and a team player
