About The Role

Being the Head of People now will be very different to next year and the year after that. Priority number one is maintaining and calibrating the Great Wrap culture as it exists now whilst we grow rapidly. Your job will be to make sure we have everything we need as a team to grow as a happy, purpose filled team seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • The Head of People will design and implement systems to recruit, onboard, and retain A-grade talent, creating a value-aligned company culture operating at its highest potential.
  • Integrate our values company-wide, and ensure it's a useful framework.
  • Refine and manage our on-boarding process, allowing new team members to feel great on their first day and hit the ground running.
  • Design & implement performance management practices and make sure the team is constantly refreshed and up to date with this knowledge.
  • Develop an eNPS, then identify ways to measure and improve it.
  • Manage our internal communications efforts, including creating systems for information sharing, recurring meetings and company-wide updates.
  • Build and manage our People Operations including HRIS, payroll, and benefits.
  • Be a trusted resource for all members of our team, and a thought-partner and strategist within the leadership team.
  • Build the People team that allows us to accomplish all of these things, including Recruiting, People Ops and any other key roles we need to fill to be successful.

About You

  • You’ve seen what great People practices look like in a high-growth company. You are eager to build-out the entire function from scratch.
  • You’ve designed and rolled out performance management programs before.
  • You have built teams and know what good recruiting looks like.
  • You have a solid understanding of People Operations including things like payroll, benefits, HRIS, and other infrastructure needs we will need to onboard with.
