Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Clear Dynamics team to own and build our product marketing function, giving you fantastic exposure to our business. You will bring alive the power and value of Clear Dynamics across a number of industries and use cases that will form the base of our content marketing: our Website; Presentations; and thought leadership pieces. We believe that we revolutionise enterprise software delivery; your role is to bring that alive in content.

You will be working in close range with some of the industry’s best and can mentor with any number of our leaders. This opportunity will give you a view across Clear Dynamics sales and operations as we grow, and is an enviable launching place for any number of career adventures with our company.  

About You

You are curious, and you know how to source and qualify data, and how to prioritise information. You are known for your exemplary communication skills and discretion, and yourself on your ability to build trusting relationships. You are a seeker of clues, you connect the dots, and understand how to make stories through presentations and interactions. You also can find trends and put meat on the bones. You understand the right depth of information and research required.

You are a presentation package (ppt, others) ninja and can tell the difference between a presentation that shows care and consideration, and one that does not. You know that less is more when a presentation supports the main show, but when sent in isolation the content presentation might be different. 

You understand how to communicate across various channels (presentations, websites, thought leadership essays) using a variety of media (words, diagrams, screenshots, videos, audio, etc).

This brings us to an audience. Understanding your audience will help you decide what information to present and how to present it. Listening is a key attribute to this role.

You are highly collaborative, love working in a team and leaning into their strengths and are highly motivated. You are super organised and are a deliverer. As our examples of customer deliveries expand, so will your remit to capture what we have delivered and surface that to channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • All of our product content marketing generation, curation, and upkeep. We provide a large number of ‘point’ solutions across a range of industries. This role will be to understand each of those solutions, develop content that clearly explains how we deliver and the value we provide. This content will be surfaced across our web assets, PowerPoint presentations, and thought leadership articles.
  • Developing and owning our product voice for external audiences. The voice should be continually accented for different markets and industries. You will find and iterate the right voice and the accents that can be applied.
  • Work with our sales team to identify targets pain points and our proposed solution, and present this story and target state in sales collateral.
  • You will own the development of our sales collateral, specifically, presentations, ensuring that it is current and ready – where possible - well before the key workshops/meetings so material can be rehearsed and refined
  • Ensuring our presentations leverage our brand guidelines, and where appropriate continue to source ways to bring our brand it to life
  • Work with our design and experience team for creative inputs, such as illustrations, and design guidance
  • Identify any opportunities to systematize or automate any parts of the process, and where it intersects with our CRM

Key Behaviors / Experience

  • 3+ years minimum experience in an enterprise software sales context
  • 3+ years minimum experience in product marketing roles
  • Portfolio evidence of your product marketing outputs
  • Tertiary qualification – marketing, communications or design valued
  • An understanding of the concept of design thinking and design processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, bringing an understanding of the key metrics that drive success
  • Highly evolved EQ and experience in culture-driven teams
  • Growth mindset, entrepreneurial, strong relationship developer
