The Platform Strategy Manager will work in a high caliber team, interacting with many different parts of the organisation such as Product, Operations and Sales. As an integral part of the Platform Sales and Strategy teams, you will play an influential role in driving Airwallex’s Platform growth.


  • Working with Platform Sales teams to define the commercial strategy, processes and tools
  • Engaging with top companies to create compelling future-state visions and develop the link between Airwallex’s capabilities and customer’s strategic requirements
  • Developing attractive deal structures and articulate the value of our proposals
  • Creating and delivering C-level compelling propositions

  • Skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in top-tier strategy/management consulting or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills essential
  • Commercial acumen, including ability to create commercial proposals
  • Self-starter that can identify and prioritise opportunities to focus on
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Technology, financial services and/or experience in a high growth environment is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
