About the role:

We’re on a growth journey, and we want you to be part of that. This is an exciting role for an Outbound Sales Manager to lead, build, inspire, coach and develop an outbound phone sales team to generate new sales from our monthly and annual subscription packages for our ‘Subbie’ and ‘Supplier’ streams.

As an Outbound Sales Manager, you’ll lead the team as well as contribute to the team’s success by personally delivering a quota. You will lead by example and add sales capacity - whilst being primarily focused on (and rewarded for) the performance of the sales team.

You will both contribute to, and lead a team who deliver Annual Recurring Revenue by acquiring new paid customers, upselling existing customers, winning back lost or lapsed customers, whilst delivering great buying experiences which minimise churn risks.

About you:

  • You’ll have experience leading B2B phone sales team(s), with high velocity and volume sales, in scaling SaaS organisations.
  • You’ve got that Sales DNA; you’re a hunter, you see opportunities, you step into challenges, you love the win.
  • You have experience with Sales Performance analysis, insights & forecasting.
  • You love talking with people and building relationships
  • You listen with curiosity, you seek to understand, you share insights and tailor solutions.
  • You’re achievement orientated
  • You have a strong ability to grasp new things quickly - industry, technology, etc.
  • You have strong organisational skills
  • You’re a self-starter and willingness to work as a part of a small, dedicated and professional team


  • You'll need to be a great communicator and a fluent English speaker.
  • You'll need to be legally eligible to work in Australia, and located in Melbourne.
