The role

As a Product Marketing Manager in our Product Marketing team, you will communicate the value of Zip’s new financial services products and features to new and existing customers. You’ll be working across multiple business units and working closely with Product, Marketing, Data, Business and Customer Success to communicate at the right time, to the right audience, in the right place, with the right message to drive adoption and usage of Zips products and features.

The role will be 80% execution, and 20% strategy and reporting.  You will be responsible for campaign/product initiatives delivery and reporting to ensure we are continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Product Marketing

The role sits in Marketing, however will support key product squads (core product, acquisition, engagement, bills, gift cards etc) and manage the Product Marketing for new and existing features and products that have significant consumer and merchant impact. Day to day you will work as a member of the Product squads you are supporting.

  • 3+ years of Campaign or Product Marketing experience with tertiary qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail, clarity and accuracy
  • A curious mind
  • A strong desire to execute, drive impact, deliver with excellence and demonstrate urgency
  • Ability to prioritise and work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills
  • Experience with customer segmentation and targeting principles 
  • A data-driven and customer centric approach to problem solving
  • Experience in delivering product/feature led campaigns and educational content to customers
