This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our inclusive, down to earth executive leadership team. To thrive in this role, you’ll ideally be a natural problem solver and an open and clear communicator. We’re looking for someone who loves building relationships across a fast paced business and supporting senior executives as they lead Airtasker through an exciting new period of growth and expansion.

Partnering with the Chief Product Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for all administration duties necessary to allow your stakeholders to focus on high-level business matters, including company strategy, planning and growth objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Calendar, email and expense management 
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure alignment around actions and outputs
  • High-level preparation for all meetings 
  • Participating in meetings and taking action items 
  • Event management including but not limited to offsites, workshops, team celebrations 
  • Supporting other peers (including but not limited to Executive Assistant, Vibe Coordinator and Chief of Staff) with offsites, celebrations and ceremonies
  • What it takes to be successful in this role:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Google Suite
  • Knowledge of common senior leadership time management needs, priorities and ways of working 
  • Well developed analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Sound project management skills
