As we join forces to cover the B2B and B2C market, we are building on an existing Sales function to be bigger and better than ever.

Reporting to the CEO, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills to lead an incredible frontline sales team. We are seeking a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our quarterly sales targets within assigned regions and accounts.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales reports
  • Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
  • Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices
  • Execute an existing sales training program to train new employees
  • What it takes so be successful in this role:

  • Degree or experience in business, marketing, or any other closely related fields
  • A good understanding of Small Business industries or lead generation marketing strategies
  • Experience in managing, coaching and leading Sales Teams
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MSExcel) 
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and leadership skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ambitious team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity 
  • Proactive and professional
  • An understanding and appreciation of a product-based tech company
