About the opportunity:

We are growing ....and fast... we are looking for an Associate System Administrator to join the Technology team to help maintain our technology suite and provide technical support to the wider business. You’ll be working with a variety of technologies and people which will require you to solve problems logically and creatively.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing our user access to IT systems.
  • Maintain our fleet of MacBooks and Windows 10 laptops.
  • Manage our Office 365 tenancy, including SharePoint, Exchange and Azure AD.
  • Support the many systems, software and services we use.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Respond to incidents and requests company-wide using Zendesk.
  • Provide input and feedback on projects, processes and procedures.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Assist users in troubleshooting computer problems (hardware, software and cloud) following best practices.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Enjoys building good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to efficiently communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to work autonomously, but also not afraid to ask for help.
  • A tertiary qualification related to Computer Science/Information Technology or have relevant experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and problem solve on the go.
  • Eager and able to learn new concepts and methodologies and apply them to the role.
