Reporting to the CMO, you will have the opportunity to frame the positioning of new product features, promote these to relevant user segments, develop feedback loops and measure success.

 

About the Role

With an established user base of 200,000+ and a high performance product function we’re ready to establish a defined product marketing framework that creates an impact and scales. You’ll be the first product marketing hire for the company and you will have the opportunity to establish the product marketing foundations within the organisation.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Develop the value proposition for new products and features and deliver frameworks for roll-out and optimisation.
  • Contribute to key commercial metrics (MRR, revenue, retention) and customer metrics (NPS and product usage)
  • Work collaboratively with Product owners and pods to identify and build value propositions, strengthen product strategy and contribute to the execution of a GTM strategy.
  • Collaborate across functions (Sales, Marketing, Product, Design) to develop standout collateral to communicate with customers effectively
  • Contribute to quarterly marketing plans to achieve utilisation targets

 

To be successful, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a product-led organisation
  • A versatile marketing skill set that allows you to make data-driven decisions, build effective value propositions for products and contribute to GTM strategies
  • Experience in owning and executing product launch strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in extracting customer insights and converting these into customer-centric product marketing strategies
  • The ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to wear multiple hats to drive the desired outcomes
