An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Digital Designer (UI/UX Designer) to join our growing website team in one of the world’s most exciting technology unicorns and fastest growing global SaaS companies. 

Working in the website team, you’ll own the design direction of SafetyCulture’s digital campaigns and websites. Working closely with our Digital Product Owner, developers and marketers, you’ll design engaging experiences to help drive customer acquisition on our websites.

What will I be doing?

  • Be the primary designer in a multi-disciplinary squad, with the ability to have lots of influence
  • Work closely with the Digital Product Owner and web developers to define the road map
  • Understand our customers problems through research and data
  • Be as comfortable in UX as UI: from running research, to working with developers for pixel-perfect implementation and everything in-between
  • Design landing pages, digital campaigns and A/B test material
  • Define and own our website design system
  • What do I need?

  • You have a keen eye for detail and quality
  • You proactively collaborate with others to get their perspective and feedback on your work
  • You are an excellent storyteller and can explain design decisions clearly
  • You love to learn and are looking to take on more responsibility and grow as a designer
  • You are excited to work at a fast-paced growing company and are comfortable with some ambiguity
  • 5+ years experience in a similar design role
  • In-depth understanding of web accessibility and responsive design
