A Talent Acquisition Manager to join our people team. This role is a crucial addition to help FrankieOne go from startup to scaleup. The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with both senior leaders and hiring managers to pipeline and recruit top talent whilst providing an amazing candidate experience.  This role will identify and manage talent pipelines whilst ensuring the sustainability of the FrankieOne brand in the market to ensure we continue to attract the right people for the right role.

  • Three to five years of experience recruiting talent preferably in-house for business and engineering/technology roles
  • Strong track record of recruiting senior candidates across both technical and non-technical disciplines
  • Applicant tracking system knowledge (we use Greenhouse) and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities as well as advise senior leaders
  • Great communication skills and consultative approach to work closely with the hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process from advertisement to offer for a variety of roles both on the business side and engineering side of the business
  • Work closely with hiring managers to create processes for interviews and guide them to the best candidate for the role
  • Identify candidates in both the internal and external market, provide qualified and quality shortlisted candidates back to the business
  • Regular engagement with high potential candidates to ensure FrankieOne is considered an employer of choice
  • Be a trusted advisor who will work in partnership with executive managers to provide market mapping, headhunting and consulting services
  • Consult and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience

In the first month, you will get up and running with the roles we’re hiring for. Working closely with our current talent acquisition partners, you will understand what roles we are recruiting for in the short and medium-term and actively start recruiting for the open business roles. Working closely with executive management, you will need to be a true partner to the business and provide advice on who and how we recruit.

In the next few months, you will fully lead talent acquisition across FrankieOne, hiring a further recruiter to support activities for technical roles and further shape the team to ensure ongoing candidate experience excellence and integration to other onboarding activities.

You will be reporting to Sarah Dobson, FrankieOne’s People and Experience Manager. A relatively new department to Frankie, you will be part of a team that is driving the culture of Frankie, with you at the helm for ensuring new recruits fit the bill. The team supports all people related activity from talent acquisition through to performance, people policy, engagement and communications. Sarah has also recently joined Frankie having worked as an HR Advisory management consultant for many years.
