Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll be responsible for the end to end recruiting across our commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, BD) as well as the wider G&A function. You will define and execute the talent acquisition strategy for a variety of prioritised roles, from sourcing through to offer. This is a rare opportunity to join Australia’s most exciting startup, while gaining exposure to APAC recruiting.


  • Maintaining a busy req load of 8-10 positions
  • Autonomous full cycle recruiting across junior to senior positions
  • Work closely with decision makers as a trusted talent partner, consistently raising the bar
  • Utilising data to drive decision making
  • Always maintaining high candidate experience levels
  • Exposure recruiting across Australia and Asia
  • Continue improving internal recruitment processes as we scale
  • What you bring:

  • 5+ years in full cycle recruiting, ideally focusing on revenue generating and G&A positions
  • Creative sourcing techniques 
  • Strong communication and the ability to influence
  • A background in the tech industry is advantageous
  • Previous experience in a fast paced, rapid growth environment
  • The ability to work autonomously, pivot quickly and hit targets
