HotDoc’s mission is to improve the health care experience for everyone in Australia—already more than half of Australia’s GPs and 1 in 4 Australians use the platform. Our technology helps better connect patients and doctors by making interactions between both parties accessible and easy across the entire patient journey, from bookings through to post-appointment follow-ups. Now we’re going one step further, developing products aimed at proactively improving patient outcomes by encouraging patients to play a more leading role in the management of their own health.
The Sales team at HotDoc consults with key stakeholders in primary healthcare facilities to ascertain the quality and deliver the efficiency of the patients healthcare experience. This is achieved through more effective methods of patient education on the additional services the facility offers and the long term benefits of developing owned marketing channels.
You will be joining a team of hungry & enthusiastic sales professionals who are in the early stages of their sales career. Every day you will work together with your team mates to improve the delivery of our craft through live group calls where you can proactively learn and share ideas with each other. You will be launching new services to new markets and helping to collect and report real time feedback on your efforts to management teams.
You will be assigned a portfolio of new prospects to make outbound contact with. Your objective initially will be to proactively engage prospects in order to uncover pain points that can be used to educate them on the suite of HotDoc’s services now available for their practitioners. To deliver value and position HotDoc’s services correctly, you will need to be adept at discussing the merits of an owned marketing channel vs ongoing costs of paid channels which they may be already utilising.
You will need to work continuously with all members of the prospects reception team to ensure the information being provided is applicable. If delivered correctly, you will be able to successfully optimise an improved patient journey and patient healthcare outcomes at the heart of all the facilities interactions and dealings.
