Our Technical Solutions team is growing and we are looking for a whip-smart new consultant to join us! 

Working as part of a high energy, high performing team, this is a busy role where no two days are the same. You’ll tackle a range of pre-sales projects supporting our Account Executives, and work on implementation projects across a huge variety of customers. 

Our aim is to enable our customers to drive outcomes through software and you’ll be there helping them realise the possibilities! 


About us

Ento is a Series B, SaaS startup, HQ’d in Melbourne with a growing Sydney team, building end-to-end workforce management software in what’s currently a highly fragmented HR landscape.

Our product is considered best-of-breed and we have an amazing reputation with our customers and partners. We’ve been able to prove product-market fit across a range of industries and an ability to push into Enterprise size deals.


About you

Passionate about technology, you get a kick from working with customers to uncover and solve complex business problems with software. 

You enjoy presenting and you’re confident in front of potential customers, demonstrating our product and adding real value to a sales cycle. 

How are your juggling skills? You’ll know how to balance competing priorities and projects to ensure good outcomes for our customers.

Our approach to flexible work 

We offer the option to work a compressed fortnight. This means you work slightly longer days (8.4 hours) over nine days so that every second Friday is an RDO. That’s right - three day weekend every other week! But if a ‘normal’ 10 day working week suits you better that’s also a-ok by us! 

If you love your home setup, you can work from home at least 50% of the time. You’ll always have a desk in our office, but outside of two days each week you’ll be free to work from home should you wish.  

Like flexibility to drop off kids? Or maybe early mornings just aren’t your thing! We’re all about that. We have core hours where the whole team is working, we aim to have our meetings during this time so the rest can be focus time, but outside of that you can start and finish when you please.  

We also recognise that everyone is a little different and sometimes you’ll need flexible arrangements that suit your situation. We’ll happily discuss your needs and if we can make it work we will! 

What you'll do

  • You’ll plan, project-manage and execute rollout projects from end-to-end
  • Prepare and maintain product evaluation accounts and work with our Account Executives on presales engagements, delivering product demonstrations, developing solutions and supporting proposal development
  • Work closely with new and existing clients helping on-board them efficiently to the Ento platform
  • Gain an operational understanding of the clients business, link Ento to related systems, and train their key user groups
  • Provide feedback to the business (including engineering and product teams). You’ll help us shape our already amazing product and implementation process
  • Contribute to process improvement and help drive best practice approach to project management!
  • What you'll need

  • Experience supporting the sales cycle with pre-sales and scoping activities 
  • Strong analytical skills - this role won’t see you dealing with code but you’ll need to be comfortable managing large data sets
  • Demonstrated experience delivering software implementation projects 
  • Exceptional organisational, communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to hack around problems and manage stakeholders to achieve outcomes
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to understand and solve business problems
  • Experience with SaaS, particularly HR software, will be highly regarded but not essential
