What's the role?

We’re on a growth journey, and we want you to help us shape that. We’re looking for a talented Product Manager to help achieve high engagement, increase conversion of free to paid customers in our portfolio, and reduce customer churn for our Supplier audience.

Our business spans three key audiences - subcontractors, builders and suppliers. This role would see you playing a pivotal role in the supplier audience product strategy - one of the newest and also fastest growing audiences in our portfolio.

This is the perfect role for a Product Manager who is keen to make an impact on the growth of an organisation, leading a product engineering team of talented developers and a designer to make measurable progress. Each PM works alongside a GM/Executive and a product coordination group. This includes things like sprint planning, monthly check ins and results against new value created for customers.

Working closely with the GM, and supported by Sales and Customer Experience teams, you will thrive in a cross functional, Agile team, and be responsible for developing the product roadmap, and managing a backlog of value creation for our thousands of supplier users.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be happy to spend regular time with customers, building empathy for their needs.
  • Be able to translate customer needs into problems we can solve, and a product roadmap that delivers commercial outcomes.
  • Care about the team and the rituals you use to deliver valuable product to our customers
  • Lead the team in the ideation, validation, development and delivery of new features, as well as maintaining a backlog of improvements
  • Be committed to continuous shipping of value to our customers through iterative small releases, embracing feedback and new insight as we go
  • Use data to support and drive product decisions - whether qualitative or quantitative
  • Be happy to collaborate with other functions like Marketing, Customer Experience and Sales to ensure all aspects of the customer experience are considered
  • Able to manage and define leading metrics so we have confidence the work we’re doing will lead to commercial success
  • Contribute to the ongoing health of the Product function at EstimateOne, engaging and learning from other PMs in our business
