What's the role?
We’re on a growth journey, and we want you to help us shape that. We’re looking for a talented Product Manager to help achieve high engagement, increase conversion of free to paid customers in our portfolio, and reduce customer churn for our Supplier audience.
Our business spans three key audiences - subcontractors, builders and suppliers. This role would see you playing a pivotal role in the supplier audience product strategy - one of the newest and also fastest growing audiences in our portfolio.
This is the perfect role for a Product Manager who is keen to make an impact on the growth of an organisation, leading a product engineering team of talented developers and a designer to make measurable progress. Each PM works alongside a GM/Executive and a product coordination group. This includes things like sprint planning, monthly check ins and results against new value created for customers.
Working closely with the GM, and supported by Sales and Customer Experience teams, you will thrive in a cross functional, Agile team, and be responsible for developing the product roadmap, and managing a backlog of value creation for our thousands of supplier users.
