Inside Sales Representative
Rezdy is the world’s leading independent B2B cloud-based booking and distribution platform in the Experiences sector. Our mission is to power the growth of the experiences industry through tools and connections that make life easier. Chances are, if you’ve ever booked a tour or activity, you’ve interacted with Rezdy’s platform.
On one hand, we help ‘experience’ operators, such as whale watching tours, cooking schools and amusement parks manage their bookings online and connect with a wide distribution network of resellers. On the other hand, we help those looking for experiences and inventory to resell to expand their own customer offering, such as online travel agencies (OTAs), tourist information centres, hotel concierges and local travel agents.
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to come join our growing team. In this role, you’ll engage and connect with prospective customers, seek to understand and explore the customer’s business challenges and needs, and deliver value and solutions to customers beyond their expectations. You’ll actively support Rezdy’s Acquisition Strategy working collaboratively to share knowledge and support the team achieve key targets and results.
The Role and you:
- Bringing your 2-3 years of end to end sales experience, you’ll drive sales conversations with your proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- You believe in doing the best you can to ensure your customers are engaged and see value in what Rezdy can offer them
- You thrive on building relationships with your prospects so they can have the best experience possible with Rezdy
- You love the product and naturally find enjoyment in selling it - prospecting and product demos are an opportunity to share more of Rezdy’s key benefits
- You know process is important in maintaining a healthy and bountiful pipeline - this includes call activity, demo conversions, warm leads contacted and CRM use
- You’re naturally ambitious, you’re always looking to improve your sales ability - whether it’s being curious and learning more about the product or refining your prospecting to ensure your sales efficiency
- You’re a team player and work collaboratively with our Marketing, Customer Success team and broader business to ensure the customer’s success - we achieve more together
- You’re comfortable using CRMs like Hubspot and telephony systems like Aircall
