Program Management, Full Time, Sydney, Australia sydney full-time
Description
Posted 5 days ago

Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity, assuming candidates have eligible working rights and a sufficient timezone overlap with their team. As our offices re-open, Atlassians can choose to work remotely or return to an office, unless it’s necessary for the role to be performed in the office. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

A need and opportunity exists to re-imagine how we will work now and in the future, as Atlassian and our employees navigate the post-pandemic fully distributed work environment.

TEAM Anywhere is a core Atlassian initiative around evolving our ways of working. This includes everything around HOW we work; our behaviours, culture, rituals, practices and tooling. The impact and scope of this initiative is huge and cuts across all areas and people of Atlassian. A high energy and savvy program manager will be required to thrive in this role.
