Summary of Role:
We are seeking a Senior Digital Coordinator with a strong background in active Digital Project implementation and delivery. You will be responsible for collaborating with design consultants, construction contractors / subcontractors, IT/OT Vendors, Systems Integrators and other internal and external project Stakeholders on behalf of Building and Infrastructure Owners/Operators. You will be following and improving project implementation plans and processes, self-motivated to learn new processes and technologies and share/educate the members of the wider Delivery team and the company.

As the Services arm of Willow’s business, the Delivery team partners with owners and general contractors of building and infrastructure assets to deliver a full spectrum of digital outcomes for buildings. Our implementation of Digital Twins for buildings and infrastructure provides clients with enhanced decision making, operational efficiencies, reduced risk, cost and time savings and improved quality throughout the project lifecycle. Our services include digital project management, Asset Information Management, Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM management and coordination for design, construction, and operations, and building analytics, creating Digital Twins across asset portfolios and of new construction and existing facilities.
Role & Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end implementation of technology for our customers. Create strategies and tools to increase productivity while reducing risk in deliveryPromote the use of digital processes and technology for our clients to improve outcomes during the entire lifecyle of a project, through design, construction, handover and operations. Engaging with the team that will be directly working with you on a project basis, including regular check ins within local office digital engineering team or Willow Team (Manila or Regional).Coordinate and manage delivery team activities and members from other Willow offices. Coordinate Digital Enterprise Services and Scope Services ensuring the scope is being delivered with the right tools. Assist project teams in digital project setup. Digital Coordination, Federation, Clash detection, Model Quality (Geometrical and Asset Data), Data extraction.Identify and lead continuous improvements to drive increased value and effectiveness. Understand project workflows and processes. Ensure the project is being delivered up to the most innovative and technical solutions. Constantly seek and improvise software & technical workflows for more efficient and automated project delivery.Support and drive digital outcomes in a major infrastructure project in MelbourneThis role will require attendance to office in a flexible environmentOccasionally get to travel domestically and/or internationally (Covid permitting)Collaborate with subject matter experts from our Smart Building and Product/Engineering teamsLeverage Willow’s open-source Ontologies to create digital twins with internal and external team membersSupport site setup activities and testing in WillowTwin software offerings. Support on WillowTwin DeliveryBuild a deep understanding of product and solution architecture to support customer use-cases, outcomes, and ROI
Skills & Experience Required:
Have 2-5 years of experience in AEC project delivery or Digital Engineering/BIM implementation or Consulting ManagementCan manage multiple complex delivery activities across several customer accounts simultaneouslyHave a strong technical aptitude, hands-on experience with BIM, Design Technology, Graph Databases, or Data Management/Analysis is a plus but a non-stop desire to learn more and get deep into the work is a mustHave domain knowledge in at least one relevant subject matter area this role will touch on Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Rail, Facilities Management, Asset Management, or OperationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train othersAre excited about fast-paced project delivery with proven ability to find creative ways to meet and exceed customer needs
