In this role, you will help to develop the network of Tyro Partners by engaging and developing the experience of their business partnering with Tyro. You are dynamic, tenacious and able to manage many opportunities make your own mark backed by a strong fintech bank.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation through partner with disengaged partners
  • Increase engagement with Partners for them to grow to Plus and Premium partners
  • Uncover potential partners that resell a integrate software solution
  • Manages a portfolio of software partners in accordance with Tyro's partnership model.
  • Takes full ownership of growth within their portfolios and implements strategies to meet targets related to referral volume, lead conversion rates, feature use rates and active accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with partner managers and marketing to ensure team targets are met and exceeded
  • Builds productive, long-term relationships with designated partners in order to facilitate the delivery of campaigns and ongoing referrals.
  • Actively seeks feedback from partners and internal stakeholders on past campaigns, initiatives and sell-through, and implements learnings from this feedback.
  • Provides exceptional support and service to all partners in their portfolio.
  • Delivers training to partners on Tyro's products and referral model (with respect to complying with Tyro’s Australian Financial Service Licence obligations, credit and risk policies, banking and payment card industry standards), as required.
  • Identifies corporate sales, product and other opportunities within partner channels and co-ordinates with internal teams to act on these.
  • Forecasts and reports on partner performance (including referrals, applications and campaign results, as required) on a monthly basis.
  • Works with internal stakeholders, including Risk, Customer Support and Account Management, to improve efficiency and overall sales service delivery with respect to partners
  • POS partner training, including sales and support teams
  • Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Highly Motivated and results driven sales professional
  • B2B Sales / Business development experience
  • Mandarin speaking highly desireable
  • Experience in Finance/ software solution sales
  • Experience in communicating with through multiple mediums such as screen sharing, socials, email and phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external teams to achieve desired goals/targets.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations to internal and external teams.
