Reporting to our Head of Commercial Operations, you'll join a fast-scaling team and play a critical role in continually improving Employment Hero's revenue engine. This is an analytical role where you'll use data and analysis to unlock further revenue growth for our customer-facing teams.

  • Use your data-driven skills to deliver reports, dashboards and analysis that will enable our sales team
  • Provide first-line support for sales systems and CRM tools
  • Work closely with our customer-facing teams to analyse and improve their performance
  • Cast a critical eye over our existing systems and processes, suggesting actionable improvements and efficiencies
  • Use your growth mindset to make strategic business recommendations and drive better commercial outcomes


  • Analytically-minded with strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrable experience in sales operations
  • Relevant industry expertise (hello startups, scaleups, tech businesses and management consulting firms!)
  • Experience using data visualisation and reporting tools such as Tableau and Sisense would be highly desirable
