As a Member Activation Specialist, you will be the face of our Financial Products (Specifically Superannuation) and will work directly with our members. 

You will leverage emails, calls, and tools to help educate our member base on how to best engage with their superannuation investment and achieve financial wellness.  You love customer conversations, creating a culture of compliance and are resilient, and creative.

The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Proactively contact new and existing Members for various outbound engagement campaigns;
  • Educate members on superannuation and be able to clearly articulate how the product works as well as guide them through how to best track their super through our app and member communications;
  • Produce emails with a high level of attention to detail, leveraging email templates and content
  • Achieving daily outbound calls and email targets
  • Building & maintaining trusting relationships with members

What You Bring To The Table

  • 0 - 2 years of phone-based experience in sales or customer support 
  • You will be a self-starter, able to work self sufficiently and autonomously to achieve daily KPIs and targets
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment and are able to work collaboratively within a growing team
  • You will be confident in talking to multiple customers each day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Any exposure to superannuation or retirement products will be extremely beneficial but not a necessity
