Your Opportunity:

As the Systems Administrator for hipages, you will have the opportunity to ensure the FY22 infrastructure and network pipeline is scoped, designed and implemented with a high degree of technical and operational capability. You will work within the hipages IT Operations department to ensure that a steady, reliable solution is delivered for ongoing support by the team with clear training and documentation provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the day to day running of hipages internal infrastructure, systems and networks.
  • Assist in the delivery of the FY22 infrastructure and network pipeline.
  • Provide a point of escalation for the IT Operations support team.
  • Provide staff training as required.
  • Evaluate and recommend best solutions, and processes practices where identified.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, liaising with stakeholders as needed.
  • Be an escalation point for incidents and critical outages to ensure appropriate information is communicated.
  • Development of required documentation.
  • Provide commercial review, evaluation and assistance inline with keeping hipages operationally viable. 

About You:

  • Technical Skills:
    • A working knowledge of virtualization practices including migration.
    • Experience in managing public cloud hosted platforms. (Azure/AWS).
    • DR/BCP design exposure.
    • Working knowledge of common WAN technologies MPLS, NBN, Fibre.
    • LAN design and troubleshooting experience incl. Meraki.
    • Experience supporting VoIP environments.
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace.
  • Ideal Experience:
    • 5+ years experience supporting SME organizations.
    • 3+ years infrastructure & network management experience.
    • Experience administering MDM solutions.
    • Exposure to Genesys.
