Showpo is on the lookout for an Influencer Coordinator to help drive our influencer program, influencer and creator relationship management and build our brand and product with millions of fans around the world each day through creator and influencer activity.

About The Role:

  • This is a unique opportunity to work with Australia’s leading fashion e-commerce retailer. It’s a fun, hands on role working in an agile and creative environment. 
  • We’re looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and youth culture, who has experience working with epic influencers and content creators, lives for pop-culture, fashion trends and knows what ‘relevant’ is - how to identify it, create it, start it. 
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the marketing team to develop and deliver on our global influencer and creator program requirements
  • Briefing and management of influencer contracts to deliver content and social posts
  • Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with the brand across all social platforms 
  • Develop, manage and analyse influencer opportunities and campaigns based upon seasonal initiatives, product launches, and key events
  • Constantly source new talent and new platform opportunities in alignment with the brand guidelines
  • Negotiate and deliver cost effective use of budget
  • Manage KPIs, analysis and reports on influencer performance
  • Manage social media/influencer order requests and deliveries for influencers
  • Experience & Qualities We Look For:

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role for a fast paced fashion and retail brand
  • Lives and breathes social media and influencer marketing
  • A go-getter attitude

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Passion for the business/industry
