The Performance Marketing Manager at Practice Ignition is an integral part of the newly formed and rapidly growing global marketing team and is responsible for Performance Marketing across global markets: US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. With a focus on planning, executing, monitoring, optimising and reporting on paid digital channels for Practice Ignition, this role works closely with sales, marketing and our external agency partners to drive CPL, CPA, ROAS goals. 


What you will be doing:

  • Deliver on our lead and revenue paid channel targets while increasing performance channels’ efficiency
  • Optimise conversion rates across the acquisition funnel 
  • Contribute to campaign performance using creative, A/B testing and performance campaigns best practice 
  • Own the agency relationship whilst being on the tools to drive performance metrics
  • Use analysis and reporting as a tool to make informed, data driven decisions 
  • Drive business growth initiatives in existing paid channels whilst testing new acquisition channels
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to help improve overall channel performance and channel capabilities
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual channel budget plans, strategies and tactics


Who you are:

  • 5+ years in a similar role, in B2B SaaS favourable 
  • Demonstrated experience in executing, optimising, monitoring and reporting on Google Ads (including YouTube and GDN), LinkedIn, Facebook (including Instagram) and display campaigns
  • You take data driven actions and have an analytical mind
  • You’re on the tools and an expert in: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager. While you may be more deep in one discipline you know where to leverage agency across others. 
  • You have strong reporting and excel skills, Tableau and Hubspot familiarity is advantageous
  • You’re a strong communicator, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
