The Lead Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing leads from online/offline marketing campaigns to drive sales leads and business results.

What you'll do

  • Expertly use various sales and marketing tools (ex: Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Quickly and efficiently field and qualify interest in Sine products from various inbound channels
  • Direct qualified opportunities to the correct sales function and/or assign to appropriate nurture campaign
  • Develop and run cadences to engage leads
  • Support lead generation and management activities for a range of marketing activities including tradeshows, seminars and events
  • Work collaboratively as the bridge between marketing and sales
  • Continuously increase pipeline of marketing qualified leads
  • Assist with contact identification for account based marketing programs
  • Aggregate analytics and lead conversion data (ie: Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, Intercom) for review and reporting
  • What you'll have

  • Experience developing and implementing lead progression programs
  • English language proficiency at an advanced levelBachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Strong, persuasive communication skills
  • Experience with CRM's such as Salesforce and Pipedrive
  • Experience with customer engagement tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, Hubspot etc
  • Experience with marketing automation systems, preferably Marketo
  • Knowledge of social media and search outlets and functionality
  • Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously with excellent execution, inter-personal and project management skills
  • A minimum of 3 years demonstrated successful experience with developing and implementing lead progression programs
