The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help us bring to market a world-first platform that will redefine the $56B property management industry! Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll strategise and build compelling growth marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, improve conversion and increase customer loyalty.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute awareness and customer acquisition strategies using a variety of channels including social, SEM, referral, email, direct mail, etc
  • Set up foundational customer segments, processes and workflows, and identify opportunities for growth, automation and optimisation throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Own campaigns end-to-end from strategy, budget, build and deployment to reporting, analysis, and optimisation – including validating and optimising touchpoints through continuous testing
  • Develop reporting on key metrics, forecast, measure, analyse, and report on the impact of customer acquisition and activation strategies on growth KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, sales and data teams to drive shared goals and to create compelling campaigns aligned with Ailo’s positioning and brand.
  • Ensure data is managed effectively and appropriately, including adherence to privacy legislation

What will you bring?

  • 5+ years of experience in prior digital, growth or performance marketing roles, preferably in a startup or high growth environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing email and marketing automation programs that use Salesforce/Pardot (preferable) or equivalent tools
  • A growth hacker mentality with experience developing testing plans and managing budgets, and a natural curiosity to continuously derive insights to improve programs and processes
  • Passionate about data and experience using it to deliver personalised communications that drive commercial outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, resourcefulness and strong project management skills
  • A growth mindset, being open to change and supporting initiatives across the wider marketing team and company
