Your Mission: 🌏
We want to make every home sustainable, and we’re doing that by eliminating the biggest barrier to household renewable energy solutions, the price! Our operations team are the ones who ensure the customer is supported, has a an exceptional experience and has a smooth journey throughout their time engaging with Brighte.

As a Senior Manger within operations you will be the problem solver, the innovator and the go to person for all things operations related. You will drive impact by identifying areas of opportunity, thinking strategically and through successfully implementing improvement initiatives. Your remit will include all things operations from workforce optimisation to quality assurance to project execution and delivery.

You will also:
- Understand problem spaces within operations and identify and drive improvement opportunities
- Create data driven project plans to elevate the work the team do ensuring measurable impact to operations
- Provide reports and project updates to the business and make it possible for the team to meet their goals
- Continually optimize the operations workforce, balancing cost and service drivers
- Ensure that we are elevating and upskilling our team by introducing learning, development and training opportunities

What You Bring: 💭
One of our core values is ‘Deserve the Customer’, so a customer first attitude is paramount for us especially in the operations team as you are the ones who directly engage with the outside world meaning that a passion for the customer experience is a must. We already have a great team but they need a great leader to help them to do great things so experience leading high performing operations team would be beneficial, along with a track record of implementing successful projects and solving sometimes complex problems.
