To help drive this growth we are looking for an experienced People Partner who will coach and help navigate all our Zipster leaders to solve delightfully crunchy people challenges.  An experienced professional who’s comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can balance strategic thinking with the hustle to get it done. Someone who loves to challenge the status quo by raising the bar on what’s possible – in true Zipster style! 

The role:

  • Be a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders and key stakeholders on all things people 
  • Participate in building our world-class people strategy with the broader people team to attract, retain, develop and scale our global talent
  • Designing, developing and delivering fit for purpose people programs curated in partnership with employees and leaders, in alignment to business/team strategy and priorities
  • Coaching leaders on how to design, build and develop high performing teams, including goal-setting, performance management, people development, organisational design and total rewards
  • Partnering with our People team Centre’s of Excellence to deliver impactful people programs for leaders and employees including diversity & inclusion, leadership development, employee learning & development, reward & recognition and talent development 
  • Manage complex people / employee relations matters as they arise 
  • Working closely with your key stakeholders and the Talent Acquisition function to shape team org design and optimal hiring decisions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve ways of work with a focus on how to better leverage data and feedback to level up how we scale processes globally
  • To help us level up, you'll bring:

  • 6+ years experience supporting leaders as a people partner (ideally in a tech company)
  • Strong experience across the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding, performance management, leadership development, organisation design and development, talent management, remuneration & benefits, and employment relations
  • Proven record in delivering successful and impactful people programs across a broad range of areas 
  • Strong experience in building relationships with and influencing diverse stakeholders 
  • Ability to solve problems and communicate ideas in a structured and engaging way
  • Track record of leveraging data and insights to continually improve programs of work
  • Comfort working working as part of a high performing team where we constantly challenge the status quo and how things have been done before
