Our location and culture

This is a full-time role based at the waterfront Karst office at the beautiful Jones Bay Wharf in Sydney, alongside our small, close-knit team (lunchtime strolls by the harbour are highly recommended!). The role and opportunity

Karst is looking for an ambitious self-starter who enjoys diving into multiple facets of the business to help us scale the brand into every corner of the planet. Your role and career trajectory will encompass being exposed to different areas of the business, with a key focus on account management for our B2B and wholesale channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Account management of wholesale and B2B clients
  • Liaising with printing partners to complete custom projects for B2B clients
  • Working with the customer service team to create and fulfil bulk orders
  • Streamline the order fulfilment processes across multiple geographies and sales channels
  • Managing inventory in multiple global warehouses and managing enquiries from internal/external stakeholders
  • Regular reporting on overstocked and understocked items to ensure stock levels are optimised across all fulfilment centres & sales channels
  • Streamline existing and ensure highly accurate inventory forecasting models
  • Planning of inventory delivery schedules and support the production planning process
  • Ensure that production and fulfilment targets and deadlines are met
  • Structure product orders to allow for sea-freight instead of airfreight
  • Ensure all customs clearance documents and registrations are prepared accurately
  • Maintain an up-to-date freight schedule with carriers, ETA’s and pricing for every shipment
  • Other administrative tasks and duties

We are looking for

  • Energetic, team-player who thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking, prioritization and minimal oversight
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Clear, professional and friendly communication skills
  • 2+ years of account management and experience
  • Experience with e-commerce, retail, B2B is preferred
  • Advanced competency in Excel
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take the initiative to drive necessary change

Base pay range

A$60,000-70,000 package.
