Pin Payments is actively looking for a highly driven Business Support Specialist to support the Underwriting and Compliance teams in regards to new and existing customers’ questions around non-product related queries, including risk, compliance & credit-related tickets.

About the Role

  • The Business Support Specialist will act as a front-line to ensure that our customers’ queries are handled and solved in an effective and timely manner.
  • In this role you will be closely collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the improvement of internal processes.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers’ non-technical/product related enquiries in a service-desk environment (non-shift)
  • Provide relevant information to the Risk & Compliance team to facilitate decision making
  • Manage communications with the customers
  • Action updates to account information/settings, bank account details and charge limit increases
  • Investigate customer activities and report accordingly to the Risk & Compliance team.
  • Advise management on support issues which impact customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for appropriate actions
  • About You

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to deliver practical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build/maintain a strong working relationship
  • Excellent ability to self-prioritize and time-box tasks without guidance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Right to work in Australia
