We’re on the hunt for an experienced People Success Manager who thrives on driving a high-performing culture. Sound like you? Read on!
A newly created, part-time position (50 hours per fortnight) reporting to our Chief People Officer, this role will be instrumental in providing our people managers with the guidance, training and skills needed to succeed. And by proxy, for their teams to succeed.
Ento's rapid growth means we have an expanding people management layer which will only continue to grow. You’ll be a pillar of support for our people managers all while leading and championing our people management discipline!
Ento is a Series B, SaaS scale-up with teams in Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland and Toronto building a workforce success platform that enables enterprises to automate, engage, optimise and succeed with their large shift-based workforces.
Our product is considered best-of-breed and we have an amazing reputation with our customers and partners. We’ve been able to prove product-market fit across a range of industries and an ability to push into Enterprise size deals.
Our approach to flexible work
We work a compressed fortnight. This means the team work slightly longer days (8.4 hours) over nine days so that every second Friday is an RDO. That’s right - a three day weekend every other week! If you love your home setup, you can work from home at least 50% of the time. You’ll always have a desk in our office, but outside of two days each week you’ll be free to work from home should you wish.
Like flexibility to drop off kids? Or maybe early mornings just aren’t your thing! We’re all about that. This is a part time role - 5.5 hours per day across a 9 day fortnight (you’ll get an RDO every second Friday!) and we're flexible on how you manage these hours to fit in with whatever else you have going on!
We also recognise that everyone is a little different and sometimes you’ll need flexible arrangements that suit your situation. We’ll happily discuss your needs and if we can make it work we will!
You’re a problem-solver. You get a kick out of providing guidance, mitigating blockers and feel comfortable making executive decisions.
You maintain composure in high-pressure situations and know how to communicate persuasively and articulately.
Metric-driven, you use data to track trends and identify opportunities. You like to measure, improve and iterate and take pride in seeing the growth and development of your team members.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
