annalise.ai is a global leader in applied medical AI, formed through a unique partnership between harrison.ai and Australia's largest medical imaging service provider, I-MED Radiology Network. Leveraging our diverse and extensive medical imaging dataset, annalise.ai is developing tools to assist Radiologists by seamlessly integrating into their current workflow to provide diagnostic support.
About your role
Reporting to our Co-founder/Chief Executive Officer, as Head of People & Culture you will be a key member of our executive team and a custodian for the culture at annalise.ai - responsible for delivering innovative, inclusive and impactful people strategies across the organisation.  Through leveraging the support available from harrison.ai and I-MED Radiology Network, as well as close partnering with our CEO, leadership and global cross-functional teams, this strategic and operational role will see you flourish in designing and delivering on a people plan that empowers all individuals to do their life's best work with us.
As annalise.ai's growth plan is becoming more sophisticated through international expansion and new product launches, we are in the midst of experiencing exciting challenges we have never had to solve before. With scale comes new problems to solve, and so you are not just thinking about what we need to do now – but also you are dreaming about what annalise.ai will look like years from now and building strategic people processes that will allow us to get there.

What you'll do:

  • Design and implement impactful people strategies and initiatives aligned to the entire employee lifecycle;
  • Build internal capability for annalise.ai’s talent management and people operations teams;
  • Lead our workforce planning and organisational design globally as annalise.ai continues to grow;
  • Support the operational and day-to-day needs of employees and leaders across activities such as on-boarding (locally and internationally), learning, policy/process drafting and implementation;
  • Work closely with the quality team and other parts of the organisation to ensure compliance for the relevant standards;
  • Support the creation and implementation of competency and levelling frameworks for all job families;
  • Design and lead initiatives to maximise the engagement of all employees, including managing employee engagement surveys and various other diagnostics;
  • Partner with finance and the leadership team to refine a talent strategy aligned to an attractive total remuneration philosophy;
  • Ensure market driven benchmarking and transparency in salary review process;
  • Manage all aspects of our HR Policies and Employee Relations, including setting up grievance processes, WHS training policies and creating other new fit-for-purpose policies while managing the data integrity of all employee records; and
  • Ensure all people and culture policies and procedures are embedded in day-to-day interactions and compliant with all legal requirements, regulations and guidelines.
  • What will help you succeed:

  • Highly experienced at leading an impactful People and Culture function or similar, preferably within a high growth start up in the Healthcare and/or Tech Industry;
  • Proven senior leadership engagement skills;
  • Experienced at cultivating a high performing growth culture with exposure to an international workforce;
  • Thorough understanding of all relevant local work place laws, including the and the
