Day to day, you will:
Oversee digital channels including CRM, SEM, SEO, Affiliates and Paid Social Alongside a digital agency, implement online customer acquisition and retention strategiesUse your analytical skills to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Oversee the marketing department ensuring performance strategies, campaigns, and promotional calendar activities are delivered on time. Further develop consumer segmentation and deliver targeted activity based on customer purchase behaviourOptimise campaigns via A/B testing, segmentation and retargetingDevelop a Customer Journey Lifecycle Promotional program based on customer insights, segmentation, analytics, and purchase behaviour. Work with the Affiliate Marketing partner to develop activity and launch international programmes Collaborate with the E-Commerce & UX team to optimise all consumer touch points and communicationsManage the digital budget and identify opportunities to optimise spend with performance-based, data driven insights
Who are we looking for?
Proven Performance Marketing Manager with demonstrable key achievements Strong leadership and influencing skillsA digital native who understands social platforms and best practice in SEO/ SEM. Experience in developing multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive engagement and ensure repeat purchase & customer retention Strong analytical skills to drive increased customer understanding and continuous growth in ROI through segmentationExperience in funnel analysis and best practice approach to website conversion, UX and A/B testing Ability to leverage key performance metrics and data to provide insights and facilitate strategic business recommendations
