Atlassian’s global design team has grown significantly. Their team is a critical, cross-functional partner in the creation of our products (Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Bitbucket, to name a few). As a Senior Recruiter supporting this team, you’ll have the opportunity to partner with our design leadership team to help them scale with speed and quality.

As a Senior Design Recruiter at Atlassian, you’ll be empowered to:

  • Drive the full cycle recruitment cycle for our Design positions, from creative sourcing to offer negotiation. 
  • Nurture important relationships with our global design team and design leadership group. 
  • Exercise creativity and innovation in helping scale and strengthen our recruitment process, design talent brand, and beyond: you’ll “be the change you seek” and help us find ways to be better.  
  • Potentially flex into different business areas as recruiting needs and targets shift.
  • To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Extensive experience in a full-cycle recruitment capacity 
  • Experience supporting global teams with comfort working cross-timezones 
  • Proven ability to juggle 10+ requisitions at once with a pattern for closing roles with efficiency and high quality 
  • Experience with proactive sourcing strategies: you know how to take a targeted approach to find the best person for an opportunity 
  • Understanding of UX Design and/or Product profiles, and the ability to filter effectively
  • Great handling of written and spoken comms: you know how to immediately win trust of both your stakeholders and candidates, whether through a well-written LinkedIn mail or an effectively run debrief
