The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for ensuring that we attract and hire the best people with the right skills to work on our unique challenges and help us achieve our mission. We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator/Sourcer who will partner with our Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialists and provide support with scheduling, sourcing and other recruitment related administrative activities to bring on board the best fit Engineering talent in an efficient manner.

This is a 6 month maximum term contract.

What you'll do:

  • Own the scheduling and managing of all interviews, sometimes across timezones.
  • Coordinate different types of technical interviews across the process (including coding challenges, algorithms and system design).
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status.
  • Coordinate post-interview debrief scheduling.
  • Maintain our application tracking system to ensure high standards of data integrity.
  • Drive a high quality candidate experience with clear communications and efficient turnaround time.
  • Represent Airtasker's values and purpose to prospective candidates.
  • Maintain an open and flexible workflow that enables constant collaboration and expectation management with key stakeholders (candidates, TA specialists, hiring managers).
  • Act as a resource for candidates, TA specialists, and hiring managers for other administrative activities and tasks .
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
  • What it takes to be successful in this role:

  • Good understanding of the end to end recruitment cycle.
  • Good understanding of the suite of relevant tools (G-suite, scheduling tools, assessment systems, etc).
  • Ability to manage a high volume of stakeholder relations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
  • Outstanding organisation and time management skills.
  • Outstanding written and communication skills.
