We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to work with our seller base to nurture business relationships and help them grow their success on our marketplace platform.


  • Utilise data and analytic tools to identify and implement opportunities for sales growth.
  • Lead, provide guidance to and support a team of Success Specialists.
  • Provide our top sellers with feedback and performance analysis.
  • Identify and provide sellers with best practice suggestions to increase sales and product performance.
  • Work with sellers to collect feedback on their experience and develop processes that assist to improve the seller experience.
  • Assist with the rollout of any new seller initiatives or website features that affect sellers.
  • Liaise with relevant internal business departments to assist with resolving seller problems.


  • Prior experience in an account management role
  • Experience in retail and/or e-commerce is highly regarded
  • Ability to nurture and develop business relationships.
  • Confidence in managing and supporting a team.
  • An understanding of technical requirements surrounding e-commerce marketplaces is highly advantageous.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
