What will you accomplish?
Work closely with the executive team, including the CEO and COO, on a diverse range of people related projects and deliverablesEstablish a people strategy for the organization that reflects our desire to be a truly world leading organization whilst balancing the need to be agile and fast in a high growth, rapidly scaling environmentBuild out and lead a trusted People Operations function that supports our people around the globeContribute to the Operations leadership team on cross-functional programs and projectsTake ownership for all aspects of people operations, including; recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, remuneration and benefits, performance and employer brandingEstablish an effective hiring process that enables us to identify and recruit the best talent, is efficient for our hiring managers while most importantly is a phenomenal experience for our candidatesBuild a scalable onboarding program that ensures a seamless transition where new employees feel like they’re part of the company from day one. Develop and implement learning and development programs to help our team grow and achieve the next steps in their careersHelp us cultivate a performance based culture by implementing processes such as 360 reviewsPartner with marketing to increase our brand awareness Strong understanding of key People Operations/HR metrics and how to zero in on key insights overtimeContinuous optimization of above programs and processes using a data-driven approach Drive company-wide initiatives that increase employee satisfaction and productivityEnsure that we maintain a diverse, inclusive and cohesive global culture
What do we need from you?
Prior experience leading a people function in a fast paced organisation where you had to both build, implement and iterate on people programs and processesLead people initiatives with such passion that the team is not only bought in, but excited to be part of our success storyAbility to execute on today’s challenges while maintaining a forward-thinking and scalable mindset around where we will be six months, a year etc. from nowThe desire to and record of delivering on cross functional programs with Finance, IT, Legal & Risk teamsAcute understanding of what great looks like in the context of what we’re striving to achieveExcellent written and verbal communications skills Be a champion of our company culture, creating and implementing programs that bring our people together Establish trust across the team so as to be known as the go-to person for any employee relations issueHandle said employee relations issues with the highest degree of empathy and respectHigh energy, humble, scrappy and adaptable with strong opinions that are loosely heldHave a learning mindset and enjoy new challenges
What would give you an edge?
Previous experience working in a growing technology (SaaS ideally!) companyGlobal experience - or the ability to quickly understand different employment markets and issuesSome understanding of employee options schemes and incentivesProficiency with Lever, Bamboo HR, OfficeVibe, Donut, or other modern HR stacks, plus familiarity with Asana, Slack and Google Suite
