About the role:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will bring extensive experience in a similar role, you will recognise the opportunity, privilege, responsibility and trust that comes with this position. For us, this role is an important next step in our business, helping us to bring our people, values and processes together.
As our Company E.A. you will be responsible for ensuring our management, office and administration processes are actioned in accordance with company policy, and will carefully balance between senior administrator, trusted advisor and support to the Executive team. You will provide wide ranging assistance to the CEO every day, from correspondence management, report preparation and basic financial administration, to scheduling and collation of company data including project timelines, leave and budgets. You are the eyes and ears of the CEO, ensuring they have vision and confidence in decision making and management actions.
As the first point of contact for the CEO, you will be uniquely involved in most aspects of the business. You will liaise closely with our wider team and collaborate regularly with our Company Accountant and HR on recruitment, finances and performance.
You will have an innate ability to effectively manage complex, often confidential and time sensitive enquiries and a track record in effective customer relationship management in a similar role.
