The Role
As the Growth Marketing Manager (B2B Lifecycle), you will sit at the intersection of a diverse and highly collaborative team of growth marketers, business development managers, product managers and data analysts to drive increased engagement among existing vendor partners of Brighte.

Who you will work with 
As our new Growth Marketing Manager in our growth team, you will partner very closely with our Head of Growth Marketing to supercharge our growth. This is a great learning opportunity to work with some of the best marketers in the business and help to take Brighte to the next level.

Who You'll Do

  • You will lead the comprehensive B2B strategy, define and operationalise our vendor lifecycle marketing including vendor onboarding, activation, engagement, retention/loyalty and win-back strategies 
  • You will develop launch playbooks for government and other commercial partnerships that can scale quickly, and lead cross-functional teams to produce impactful campaigns. 
  • You will partner closely with other growth marketers, data analysts and product designers who work on customer/vendor acquisition,  activation, CRM and automation to develop a strong feedback loop that optimises future lead quality and funnel conversions. 
  • You will also manage existing channels and sales enablement efforts with sales operations teams. 
  • You are a self-starter who understands how to take an idea from start to completion, or find a way to do so. You’re excited by the challenge of rolling up your sleeves and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • You look to follow growth marketing practices in your B2B marketing activities. Including making data-driven decisions, employing test and learn approaches for campaigns (build hypotheses and run experiments) and presenting the success of your strategies and campaigns with measurable results. 
  • You’re a great storyteller, with a relentless focus on customer engagement. You’ve built successful campaigns from the ground up - through ideation, planning, execution, optimisation and reporting.
  • You understand how to activate the entire funnel to drive growth and enjoy collaborating with digital performance, CRM/automation, data, martech, product and sales teams
  • Who You Are

  • 5+ years experience in B2B or B2B2C, high-tech ideally with challenger brands and with SMB
  • Advanced experience with CRM and marketing automation a plus
  • Proven track record of using data, analytics, and insights to guide strategy and develop powerfully engaging marketing programs
  • Successful track record in goal attainment with high attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and manage diverse set of stakeholders to drive partnerships and initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging messages
  • Strategic big-picture thinker who can plot a campaign from idea to execution; ownership mindset
