As UpGuard continues to scale globally, it is important to hire strategic roles that can help take us to the next level. We have a phenomenal team who are all highly skilled at what they do so the Chief of Staff will be jumping on board to ensure at a high level across the business, everything runs smoothly. Essentially you will figure out ahead of everyone else what problems may come up that we need to solve and then find ways to solve those problems. You will be joining us at a critical stage where you will have massive impact and influence on the company’s success.
What will you accomplish?
Develop and compile agendas, materials and presentations for weekly executive meetings and quarterly board meetings Help set company-wide goals and track their executionFacilitate forward planning strategy sessions, topics to be covered and their corresponding objectives. This includes the preparation of materials ensuring all attendees have appropriate background knowledge for the meeting to be effectiveLead and execute discrete projects assigned by the executive team. These initiatives will generally cut across divisions and geographies and require working with leaders and staff throughout the organisation. This could involve but is not limited to: troubleshooting internal issues, investigating new areas of opportunity for growth etc.Coordinate the presentation of data from different parts of the business to enable better decision making by the executive teamOwn the knowledge management within the business, including the templating and dissemination of information globallyAssist with organisational risk-management and compliance efforts across departmentsAssist with investor relations
