Joining the People Experience team as our People & Culture Leader, you will be leading the growth of our team (in headcount and in professional development) and supporting our people (directly and in helping us tune our processes so the real administrative needs of a fast growing business don't drive us towards bureaucracy). You will build the overall people strategy, leading culture initiatives, recruitment, and L&D.
This role is responsible for the creation and implementation of AMAZING people, culture and wellbeing initiatives to support our teams, improve organisational capability, and ensure high levels of engagement in our very unique Kasada culture.

Prioritising with easeProven ability to successfully operate with flexibility in an environment of change and growthTertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline5+ years’ experience in human resourcesPrevious experience in the tech industry will be highly advantageous
What you will do
Lead the people, recruitment, culture (incl. internal communications), L&D, and admin within a team of approximately 50 staffProvide advice and support to people on all HR related enquiriesEnsure policies and procedures meet legislative requirements for Australian and U.S. Law and workplace best practicesEnsure the onboarding program for people is engaging and sets them up for success at KasadaPerformance management support and advise on best practiceProvide an advisory service in all areas of People & Culture functionsPeople Value and Recognition Program managementDrive the L&D plan and training programsDeveloping and managing efficient administration systems and processes to support the People Experience TeamSupport the provision of best practice by participation in creation and modification of policies and procedures as requiredPrepare contracts/letters for current employees in response to requests via HRSSCreation and implementation of innovative team engagement and culture initiatives and programsDevelopment and implementation of the Kasada wellbeing strategy to satisfy mental, physical and social pillarsPeople Experience CommunicationsBeing the first point of contact for any recruitment related activities both to internal and external stakeholdersManage the development, review and implementation of HR, Training, L&D, policies and procedures
