Do you enjoy immersing yourself in your people?

Kasada is not your typical Cyber Security business and this is not your typical “HR” role.  We are Australia’s 2019 Cyber Startup of the Year. We doubled the size of our business last year, and our ambitions are to grow even faster in 2021. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in at the ground level as we further build out the core of our business.

We’re helping humans take control back, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced, engaging, passionate, and innovative individual who is truly driven to deliver an extraordinary people experience. Joining the People Experience team as our People & Culture Leader, you will be leading the growth of our team (in headcount and in professional development) and supporting our people (directly and in helping us tune our processes so the real administrative needs of a fast growing business don't drive us towards bureaucracy).  You will build the overall people strategy, leading culture initiatives, recruitment, and L&D.

This role is responsible for the creation and implementation of AMAZING people, culture and wellbeing initiatives to support our teams, improve organisational capability, and ensure high levels of engagement in our very unique Kasada culture.

If you are passionate about people, wellbeing, and have cutting edge ideas around driving team engagement AND want to work for a company focused on changing the future…….JOIN US!
