This is a great opportunity for a grad looking for a career in credit. You will be an integral part of the Credit Assessment team, supporting outcomes with a focus on verifying information provided by customers and ensuring applications are ready for assessment.
You are the key component in maintaining speed and accuracy and will work with the wider team across a variety of functions, delivering excellent outcomes for our customers and the business.
In this role you will utilize and develop your problem solving skills whilst collaborating with the Senior Credit Manager and Head of Portfolio Risk.
Who You Are:
You have recently completed a degree in commerce/engineering/finance or the like, and have a particular interest in Credit and decisioning credit and looking for that great grad opportunity
You are able to comprehensively analyze bank statements and application financials, contribute to process and policy improvements and you are not afraid to question or try new things!
You have strong customer service skills, with the confidence to communicate with internal stakeholders, as well as our vendors and customers.
You are keen to develop your way into a decision making role with a DLA.
What You'll Do:
You will verify and validate applications via phone call with customers and assist in any queries from origination right through to approval.
You will perform application loan serviceability checks, along with ID and Fraud verification - help us answer the question "should we lend to this customer?".
You will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring we are maintaining speed and accuracy while providing stellar service.
