Employment Hero is one of the fastest-growing SaaS start-ups in Australia and we are on the hunt for innovative and ambitious Payroll Superstar’s to join our Implementations Team.

We're looking for multiple Payroll Consultants to join the team, who are problem-solvers, customer centric and payroll experts! Day-to-day you'll be leading Payroll implementation projects for your portfolio of clients that vary across a range of industries and complexities. You will play an important part in re-engineering the way we implement our clients, including mapping out the customer journey and owning initiatives to help build the future of the payroll implementations.

This role will see you join a progressive company at the forefront of HR technology with the opportunity to grow and develop with us. Ongoing technical training and support will be provided. You will be an integral part of a dynamic HR Tech business consisting of Product Owners, Client Services, Sales, Marketing & Design. The team you'll be joining is smart, ambitious & customer focused.

This role is highly flexible and has the option to work remotely on a permanent basis, so you can be located anywhere in the world. This role can also be full time or part time (24hour week) depending on the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of payroll projects based on payroll best practice.
  • Be an influencer, presenter, trainer, problem solver and project manager for all things payroll.
  • Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Ensure we exceed our clients expectations at every interaction!
  • Assist with troubleshooting and client queries; coordinate with internal teams for successful delivery.
  • Gather client feedback during implementation, contributing to the Employment Hero process and improving the knowledge base.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement strategies on the way we implement our clients. Make your mark.
  • Assisting the sales team in pre-sales to ensure our platform solves the clients problem.
  • Requirements gathering and customer workshops

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of payroll implementations, payroll consulting or payroll management experience
  • Subject matter expert in payroll
  • High level of written and verbal communication including stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management.
