We’re continuing to grow our product and technology teams to match our ambition to be the most advanced technology platform across sports globally. To support our growth and innovation vision, we are looking for a talented, driven and ambitious Associate Product Manager with a passion for delivering innovative technical solutions.

Based in Melbourne, you will be working directly with the Wearable Technology squads, with a focus on Hardware and Firmware solutions. Within the product and engineering teams you will be working to evolve the Catapult Wearable and live data products, including wearable devices and sensors, live data capture solutions and advanced positional tracking technologies all within the context of a web connected ecosystem.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer and business value by delivering the voice of the customer, supporting research and innovation initiatives and ensuring products are developed in line with market needs and company product objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist in delivering the voice of the customer to the business, analyse market needs and competitor products, and discovery of customer problems and unmet needs.
  • Work collaboratively within cross functional teams to define and deliver solutions that drive high levels of customer adoption and satisfaction
  • Capture and refine product requirements using agile principles
  • Work within the product team to create and maintain the product backlog, focusing on the customer needs and ROI
  • Gather and analyze product performance and customer trend data
  • Perform user acceptance testing both internally and externally with customers for new customer features and solutions

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Some product management experience, with an ability to learn quickly and have a customer focused approach to your work
  • Knowledge of defining user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases and customer journey maps
  • Ability to build and maintain strong cross team and interdepartmental relationships
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for the purposes of user testing, feedback gathering and demonstration of solution functionality in a live environment.
  • Ability to think creatively with an analytical and problem solving mindset
