About the role
 
A key part of our Sales operations is the role of our Relationship Manager, who sit at the tip of the spear as we continue to grow in the marketplace of Automotive Finance. You will work alongside our Business Development Managers to ensure our Automotive Finance partners are equipped with the necessary information, tools, motivation and then act on using our market leading products. We have ambitious plans for growth that's why we are seeking a motivated, hungry and passionate person to join us based in Sydney.
 
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing broker partners as well as engaging with and training new brokers who are yet to partner with Plenti. You will be the main point of contact for these brokers and will be expected to drive volume growth with a high level of outbound sales calls and running training sessions remotely from the Sydney office via zoom.
 
You need to be excited about winning business. We are looking for people who have a proven track record of results, love working in a collaborative environment and can thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
 
This role is based full time from our Sydney office with opportunity to move to hybrid working after a period of time. 

About you...
 
You may have some experience in Relationship Management, or are working within a sales or customer service role.
 
Experience in dealing with finance brokers would be advantageous but not a must. You will be able to work well on your own but also integrate successfully into a well established team with ambitious growth plans.
 
What are we looking for...
 
• 1+ years’ experience in customer solutions oriented/sales/account management, ideally within financial services
• A "Hunger" to prove to yourself what you are capable of and be rewarded for it
• If from a sales background, proven track record of meeting your sales and growth targets within our role
• Comfortable compiling lists of prospective client businesses using directories or other sources and then passionate about maintaining this in a clearly structured CRM
• A true solutions oriented person and comfortable in assessing customers' needs, then recommending and explaining our products to them
• Highly service oriented and passionate about going above and beyond for your customers
• Ability to build internal and external relationships quickly and effectively
• Exceptional time management and organisation skills.
• Strong (verbal and written) communication skills
